Shipping, Handling, & Return Policy Information:
Customers must have their items shipped to the address attached to the billing address of the credit card. This is an effort to protect you the customer from fraud. Must meet security verification measures via telephone contact in order to ship to an alternate address. This process may take up to 7 days, so if credit card is stolen, you the customer have time to make a report.
Shipping is worldwide includes USPS, UPS, FedEx, & other shipping providers that would be necessary to use. Shipping types provided standard, priority, express, and next day. Item is shipped within 2 days of cleared payment.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All items are checked and deemed in excellent working order, so items are only refunded if it is clear that item was damaged due to shipping. In this case item should be returned for full refund plus return shipping. Item should be returned with original packing slip within 7 days after receipt.
